Held at the event space on the 7th floor of Daimaru Sapporo. This festival celebrates the pairing of specialty coffee with sweets. The event brings together 13 notable coffee shops from Japan and abroad, 14 confectionery shops from across the country, and 4 shops specializing in coffee equipment and accessories. Among these, 12 shops will be making their Hokkaido debut, adding to the excitement. Pairing-focused workshops are also planned, featuring unique pairings such as autumn Japanese sweets with coffee, design cappuccino with tiramisu, and Geisha coffee with sweets.
