Using Kenyan Washed as the featured bean, samples roasted by authorized dealers of small-batch roasters including Aillio, LINK, and ROEST will be available, each finished with different roasting profiles. You'll have the opportunity to cup these coffees and experience firsthand how roasting profiles shape flavor and the distinctive characteristics of each roasting machine. Additionally, specialty coffees sourced from around the world by Saza Coffee will be available to enjoy. Participation fee is 3,000 yen and advance reservation is required.
